Use of This Site

This website is provided by Lou's Heating & Cooling LLC ("Lou's", "we", "our") for informational purposes and to allow homeowners to request HVAC services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms.

Service Quotes & Estimates

Any pricing, availability, or scheduling shown on this site is a general guide. Final pricing is provided in writing after an in-person diagnosis or estimate. Free estimates are offered on installations only; diagnostic visits may incur a service-call fee that is disclosed before the visit.

Warranty

New equipment installations include a manufacturer's parts warranty (typically up to 10 years on registered Carrier equipment) and a 5-year workmanship warranty from Lou's. Repair work carries a separate, more limited warranty disclosed at the time of service. The warranties do not cover damage caused by neglect, misuse, third-party modifications, or acts of God.

Scheduling & Cancellations

We work hard to honor scheduled appointments. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible. Customers who cancel within 2 hours of a scheduled visit may be subject to a small trip fee at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Lou's Heating & Cooling LLC's liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
